When I started The Healing Room, I wasn't trying to build the biggest practice.

I wanted to build the kind of place I would want to work.

A place where clinicians are trusted. Where growth is encouraged. Where collaboration happens naturally. Where we care for the people providing care just as much as we care for the clients walking through our doors.

Over the years, I've learned that a healthy practice isn't built on full schedules or productivity metrics. It's built by investing in exceptional people who are committed to learning, healing, and showing up authentically.

Because of our continued growth, we're looking for another therapist to join our team.
