Say yes to rest! Yoga Nidra is a guided journey into restoration and nervous system reset. No expectations. Just you, your mat, some cozy props, and the power of rest. You’ll simply show up, get comfy (plenty of blankets and props provided), lie back or sit tall, and let your mind quiet as your body deeply restores. It’s not a nap—but it might feel better than one. Science-backed perks include better sleep, reduced stress, improved mood, and more.

Yoga Nidra is a guided meditation into restoration and nervous system regulation. No expectations. Just you, your mat, some cozy props, and the power of rest. You’ll simply show up, get comfy (plenty of blankets and props provided), listen and let your mind quiet as your body deeply restores. This part will be accompanied by gentle live music, supporting a state of deep relaxation.
The meditation will lead you into an immersive sound bath where you’ll be enveloped by the resonant, therapeutic sounds of instruments including crystal bowls, flutes and chimes. These harmonic vibrations work to soothe the nervous system, reduce stress, and encourage the brain to shift into deeply restorative alpha and theta wave states, similar to those experienced during meditation or light sleep.
Join us for an evening designed to melt away stress, recharge your energy, and restore a sense of inner peace and harmony as you begin the new season.

The darkest night of the year marks a profound turning point—the rebirth of the sun and the promise of returning light. Spiritually, this is a time for rest, healing, introspection, and planting seeds for future growth. Honoring stillness, we nurture hope, resilience, and inner light as the days slowly begin to lengthen.
