Say yes to rest! Yoga Nidra is a guided journey into restoration and nervous system reset. No expectations. Just you, your mat, some cozy props, and the power of rest. You’ll simply show up, get comfy (plenty of blankets and props provided), lie back or sit tall, and let your mind quiet as your body deeply restores. It’s not a nap—but it might feel better than one. Science-backed perks include better sleep, reduced stress, improved mood, and more.
Ready to trade hustle for stillness? Join us the first Thursday of each month for this deeply intentional, soul-soothing, and scientifically backed practice.
Sessions will be led by Lori Wieder, LAPC, C-IAYT. Yoga Nidra will be offered the first Thursday of each month at 6pm. Cost for each session is $20.
