This series is trauma-informed, accessible, and rooted in ancient wisdom adapted for modern life.

🌿 April Offerings

🍵 April 3 – Tea Making: A Mindful Ritual
Tea making holds deep spiritual significance as a meditative practice of presence, harmony, and intention. Together, we’ll explore tea as a ritual for calming the mind, connecting with nature, and finding the sacred in everyday moments.
Bring your favorite mug. Materials provided.

🌲 April 10 – Forest & Native Plant Medicine
Forest and native plant medicines have long been honored as sacred allies by Indigenous and ancestral cultures. This session explores plants as sentient teachers—offering healing, grounding, and connection to nature’s wisdom and our ancestral roots.

🔥 April 17 – Smudging & Energetic Clearing
Smudging is an ancient ceremonial practice used for spiritual cleansing, releasing stagnant energy, and carrying prayers with intention. This gathering offers education, reflection, and gentle ritual to support emotional clarity and energetic balance.

🌿 April 24 – Forest Bathing: Receiving Stillness
Rooted in the Japanese practice of Shinrin-yoku, forest bathing is a slow, sensory immersion in nature. This experience supports nervous system regulation, mental clarity, awe, and a deep sense of belonging—inviting stillness, presence, and renewal.
