Drum Flow is a community drum circle centered on rhythm, connection, and having fun.
Let go of the noise in your head and find your rhythm.
Whether you're picking up a drum for the first time or you've been playing for years, you'll be welcomed into a fun, supportive group where everyone plays together. We'll explore simple rhythms, listen to one another, and create music as a community.
Bring your own drum or use one of ours. Come ready to shake off the day, reconnect, and let the beat do what words can't.
