A weekly opportunity to unwind and nourish yourself! Combining mindful movement, somatic release, Yin yoga and relaxation techniques, this class is designed to help reduce stress, release tension, and promote overall well-being. Led by Lori Wieder, LAPC, C-IAYT, these sessions are designed for all levels, ensuring everyone feels welcome and supported.
Tuesdays at 5:30pm starting Aptil 15 through June 3, 2025. Drop in $20.
