Join us for a month-long free  meditation class. An audio file will be emailed to you each morning for the month of November.  There are so many benefits to having a daily practice of self-care.  One  that interests me is how meditation supports healing from trauma.  It increases our brain health, helps us increase our awareness and our connection to Self.  Join Kathy Gates, LCSW, CTT, on this deep dive into the gentle practice of daily meditating.
